My Papa's Birthday

This portrait is my Papa. (Oct. 1948-June 1992)


Today is my father's birthday! He just turned 60 if he was still alive and with us. I realized that he's a senior citizen already. hehehe! I really miss my father for a very long time. Although 16 years ago when he past away but still sometimes I feel so envy for those who have their father at their side. He suffered a kidney failure when I was 12 years old. He is a good husband, a good father and a good man. As I always remember his actions and words, a little bit strict but always treating us to jollibee! hehehe! I really miss him and I know that he is really happy wherever he is right now. I'm sure he will be very happy too if he was still alive and seeing my daughter chloee. May you rest in peace papa! Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday ( Contest) for Maricel

The first time I saw the site of my friend "Maricel",
I was so impressed and really amazed with her page. Momhoodmoments and Businessmars
Aside from the fact that she has her own domain with her nice and cute lay-out, I also envy her talent as a real and professional blogger. Also I like her picture at her blogsite with her daughter and that's really touched my heart because I am a mom too! I realized that anytime we can have the bonding with our kids and we can also spend time in blog land while taking care of our kids.


I really admire the contents of her page, the different contest she was able to organized and since then I started to visit her page to know and to see whats new in her page plus the updates of her posts. Eventually I asked her for an exchange links to each other and she added me immediately to her blogroll. Since then I always try to find time join in her different activities at blogger like the bloggers party.


And now for the 2nd time, I am joining this contest for her birthday. As per the rules, I have to make a post about the contest and about her. And guess what are the prizes?
