A new breakfast recipe for all of you guys!
Hope you enjoy eating this morning with your loveones.
YOU WILL NEED
1/4 cup margarine
10 slices pan Americano (sliced bread)
FILLING
5 slices salami, each cut into 2
1 pc small green bell pepper, cut into small cubes
5 slices (50 g) quickmelt cheese
SAUCE
2 pc eggs
1 pouch (115 g) Classic Italian Pizza Sauce
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup water
HERE'S HOW
1 SAUCE: Beat eggs. Mix well with remaining ingredients and 3/4 tsp iodized fine salt (or 3/4 tbsp iodized rock salt). Set aside. Heat frying pan with margarine.
2 DIVIDE filling into 5. Fill 5 slices of bread with salami, bell pepper and cheese. Cover with another slice of bread. Dip in sauce. Drain excess sauce. Cook in pan until brown on both sides.
Serves 5
