Nothing Change!

I've been away for a while, PPP answered my ticket, it depends on the browser daw!
I should use firefox and not the explorer. I tried to used what they suggested but still the same informations I got using that browser. I feel bad. Really! I only have 7 days to do my opp but how can I? I hope it will resolve by tomorrow after sending another ticket. Good day!
