Happiness

"Happiness does not lie in happiness, but

Got this quote from reading the yahoo pages for today.It sounds so simple and I agree with the message. Our happiness does not lie into anything but by achieving that thing which can be our happiness.How can we achieve that called "happiness"?
I think we should determine what we we really want in life and do our best to get it.
Do you agree? Well it's just my opinion guys!
